We support clients to be as independent as possible in the comfort of their own homes and we offer advice, guidance and support around everyday activities such as:
- Help with paying your bills and reading your letters.
- Escort to the bank and help manage your finances.
- Help with shopping, such as ready-made meals and shopping from the supermarket.
- Support to access the community.
- Help with cleaning and hovering.
- Advice and consultation regarding what you are entitled to from the NHS & the local authorities. Befriender

Our Role:
- Act as power of attorney for health & finance company for clients who have no families.
- Provide mental health service for young adults going through recovery process for drug and alcohol & enduring mental illness.
- Provide consultation and family therapy, guidance and advise on service available to them during crisis.
- Attend hospital appointments with clients ( £15 within locality) (£20hrly out of borough )
- Provide training for care agency and quality assurance service.
- Provide private mental capacity assessment.
Provide support work and personal assistance to help access the community for adults and young adults needing support in their recovery process after hospital discharge under CPA. - Provider Legal advice regarding children & their families.
- Support with shopping (£15 an hour)
- Provide legal advocacy
- Referal support services : referrals to other support services that will be of help to you .
