What are care and support needs?

Care and support is the mixture of practical, financial and emotional support for adults who need extra help to manage their lives and be independent – including older people, people with a disability or long-term illness, people with mental health problems, and carers.

What is social care?

Breach Menders Support Services aims to provide support to people with learning disabilities, physical disabilities/ilnesses and mental illnesses. This support can cover practical activities, and social work, intended to help the people receiving social care to live comfortably.

What are community care services:

Community care services are intended to help people who need care and support to live with dignity and independence in the community and to avoid social isolation. These services are aimed at youth who need early intervention support, the elderly and those who have a mental illness, learning disability and physical disability
